....she's semi crawling

We were almost worried that June would sit still forever. Now that worry seems like a long lost dream. She's all over the place! She's not exactly crawling, more dragging herself around. But she does get up on her hands and knees and rock back and forth. I did an imitation of it the other night for our friend's Lindsey and Brade. It wasn't quite as cute. {;

I decided to change the background of the blog so it wasn't so dark. It ended up erasing all our fellow bloggers! Dang it! I guess I'll slowly get those back up on here. Also, the "what a wonderful world" quote was changed, as you can see, to "The World is a Vampire". I guess I've been pessimistic lately and the later quote seemed to fit the way I've been feeling. Isn't this world sucking the life out of us sometimes?? If feels that way.

Fortunately, I have 3 beautiful, healthy, CRAZY kids, a less worried husband (even though his career is shaky and he makes the equivalent of a full time fast food worker, ANYTHING is better than school- he says), and I live in a gorgeous part of the U.S. Thank you for THAT right?

Hi Darla,
I got my music list at www.projectplaylist.com when you go to put in on your blog, you have to add a HTML/javascript page element to your blog and then copy the HTML that the website gives you and copy it to the page element. it doesn't give you an option for blogger, but it should give you the code to copy.
Hope that helps and wasn't confusing!

She's mobile--everybody look out! Good thing she's such a sweetheart. I laughed at the fast food worker comment...if it makes you feel any better Derek is unemployed at the moment!

Darla, i love the music edition. I don't know what happened to mine. It just decided to stop working one day. I haven't taken the time to figure it all out again. It is endlessly frustrating that all your side features were erased with the new back ground. I had that same problem once. Therefore, we are just going to stick with the black, beach back ground. Vampires (i.e. the world) sucking the life out of you? Write a book about 'em and make millions...

you forgot to add 'really really really ridiculously good-looking' to the title of your husband

June is so beautiful!! I love that our little girls are doing the same thing! Grace kind of pulls her legs up and out and it's definitely awkward still, but oh so cute! and I love it, too. Except that it means I need to rearrange shelves of toys and most especially the books she wants to tear to shreds. I hate the baby proofing. Like I have anything valuable and grown up anyway... :)
